Supporting Maternal Mental Health: Our Commitment to Mothers with Opioid Use Disorder

This #MaternalMentalHealthMonth, we are dedicated to raising awareness about the critical importance of mental health for mothers during and after pregnancy. Maternal mental health is a vital aspect of overall well-being, and it is essential to provide the necessary support to ensure that every mother can thrive.
Introducing the RISE Recovery Baby on Board Program
At RISE Recovery, we understand that pregnancy and postpartum are incredibly vulnerable times for mothers and their families. Our Baby on Board program offers specialized support for mothers with Opioid Use Disorder, addressing emotional and mental health challenges during and after pregnancy. Our services include counseling for depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, as well as treatment for substance abuse and addiction.
At our organization, we are committed to optimizing post-partum behavioral health support for mothers with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) throughout the state of Ohio. Our comprehensive approach includes:
  • Personalized Care Plans: Tailored support to meet the unique needs of each mother, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Counseling and Therapy: Access to mental health professionals who specialize in maternal mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Community Resources: Connecting mothers with local resources and support networks to help them navigate the challenges of motherhood and recovery.
  • Education and Awareness: Providing educational programs to inform mothers and their families about the importance of mental health and available support options.
By focusing on these key areas, we aim to create a supportive environment where mothers with OUD can receive the care they need to lead healthier, happier lives. This month, and every month, let’s work together to support maternal mental health and make a positive impact on the lives of mothers and their families.
If you or someone you know could benefit from our services, please reach out to us. Together, we can make a difference.
Thank you for your support and dedication to improving maternal mental health.
